Hakone Sightseeing Cruise links popular sightseeing spots and you can enjoy scenic views of Mt. Fuji if the weather allows. We were not able to see it when we went. You should consider yourself lucky if you get a clear view of the mountain. Even without it, the ride is worth it. Calm, relaxing and refreshing with beautiful scenary.

A scenic way of getting to Lake Ashinoko from Hakone-Yumoto is taking the Hakone Tozan Railway to Gora, followed by a ropeway ride to Togendai at the northern end of of the lake. From Togendai, you can continue by sightseeing pirate boat to Moto-Hakone or Hakone-machi.

A boat cruise from one end of the lake to the other takes about 30 minutes and costs 1000 yen. The Hakone Free Pass is valid for the ride.
