I would like to highly recommend Sushi Zanmai Yokohama Chinatown branch with the following reasons.
(1) English menu is available.
(2) You can order by piece. Simple billing!
(3) Their Sushi Chef, Mr. Mashima (please call him Mathie) is the best! He has been constant in his devotion to learning Sushi cooking since he was 15 years old. His hospitality is utterly wonderful. If you see Mathie, you should have a seat in front of him at counter and he will make your dining a satisfactory one.
(4) You might bump into me if you visit them in the morning around 11am on weekends! This is the place where you can enjoy drink from the morning. Let’s make a toast together – either beer or Japanese sake.
When you eat sushi, surprisingly you won’t be hungry aound 6 or 7 hours. It’s a great way to charge up and start a brand new day!
