Chiku (district) Centers are government-run facilities that host various community events. If you want to up your cooking game, for example, I recommend signing up for one of the classes there. You will get to connect with fellow homecooks while learning how to make a dish step by step at a pretty reasonable price (compared to taking private lessons).
