Hi! My name is Simon. I’m a British guy who lived in Tokyo for three years and ran a coffee shop called Deakin St coffee stand with my wife. We’ve now moved to Kyoto, and I am exploring this beautiful city through sound. I run a podcast that asks Kyoto locals about their favourite sound and then tells the story behind it.
